Run by the family that owns it

Family owned, and you deal with us directly.

Our grandfather bought this farm in 1933, at sixteen, having just moved up from Virginia. Keeping it in the family meant finding something for it to do, so we built an event space on it. Donald and Mary Jane own the farm, and their daughters Amy and Shauna run the venue with Geoff. One of us leads your tour, one of us answers your emails, and one of us plans the day with you.

The property sits in southern Lancaster County, on the Chester County line, an easy drive from Lancaster, Harrisburg, Philadelphia and Baltimore. Twenty five acres, a creek with two bridges over it, a grove of hundred year old chestnuts, and farmland and rolling hills on every horizon. The fields wrap the place on every side, so it feels completely secluded.

Ten in the morning until eleven at night, setup and breakdown included. Choose your own caterer with no added fee, and bring your own alcohol.

What you get

A grove for the ceremony, a patio for the hour after, and an 1800s barn upstairs for the rest of the night.

03
The Main Reception Space
Upstairs in the 1800s bank barn, fully climate controlled, seating 200. Black Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions. A fireplace, a balcony over the room, an elevator, and bathrooms on both floors.

Upstairs: tall windows, three lighted mirrors, a full length mirror, a private bathroom and sitting area. Downstairs: leather sofa, large screen TV, and its own bar.
